General Questions

  1. Where is Bars and Bartending located?
    BarsandBartending.com is a global company.  We sell our unique designs online rather than at retail shops so we can keep the costs down and pass these savings onto our customers.

  2. How long do support requests take?
    Email [email protected] and someone will get back to you within 12-48 business hours.

  3. There is a sale on, how long will it last?
    The length we run our sales is dependent on a number of things such as product quantity, demand, whether it’s a holiday etc.  Typically we let our customers know how long the sale will last by posting it on the ad / product page etc.

  4. How much does shipping cost?
    Shipping costs depend on the destination country as well as the actual product ordered.  Orders in the USA have the cheapest shipping costs, followed by Canada and then the rest of the world.  Shipping within the US can be as cheap as $3.95 per item.  Once you cross borders, shipping costs increase.  Products to Canada range between $5.95 - $11.95 and shipping to the United Kingdom or anywhere else internationally ranges between $5.99-$14.95 per product depending on the product, the weight and packaging.   The easiest way to calculate shipping to to add the products you want to the cart and see what the shipping total is.

    Note that we often offer shipping discounts to specific countries or worldwide for specific products or for a specific amount of time.  If we are running one of these promotions, you will see it in your cart once you hit the shipping information page. 

Order Questions

  1. I ordered something, but want to cancel
    Once you place an order online and click the final submit button, the order is automatically sent to our fulfillment center and therefore can't be cancelled. Therefore, please select carefully before placing an order. 
  1. I ordered something, but want to change the order
    Our fulfillment partners usually start to work on these custom designed merchandise as soon as the order is placed, so it is very difficult to change an order once submitted.  Therefore, please review everything carefully before placing your order.  

    If you absolutely NEED to change something and you send us an email at [email protected] within 24 hours, there is a POSSIBILITY that we can make the requested change.  

  2. My order arrived, but the items were wrong
    Please take a picture of the item along with your order # and send it to [email protected]
    If we were at fault, we will send you out the correct items immediately and at our cost.

  3. How does the Satisfaction Guarantee work?
    If you’re not happy for any reason, send us an email at [email protected] and provide your order number. If you post us back your items, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.
    *Postage costs will be at your expense.

Shipping

  1. Do you deliver to my country?
    Yes. We ship worldwide.

  2. How long will it take to get my order?
    Outside of peak holiday times, you can normally expect to receive your order within:
    USA: 7-12 days
    Canada: 12-15 days
    International: 15-21 day
  1. Sales taxes & duties
    All items include applicable sales tax. When you purchase an item, your order may be subject to local import duties which may be levied once the package reaches your country. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot advise what they may be.

    Since customs policies vary widely from country to country, we advise you to contact your local customs office for further information.  

    Since we ship from the US, you will not be charged any customs or duties if you live in America or Canada.  If you live outside of North America, contact your local customs office to be sure before purchasing as you will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes if any are levied by your country. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately cannot be reimbursed or refunded by BarsandBartending or any of it’s fulfillment partners.

 

Important Tracking Information

  1. Who is the shipping company?
    FedEX, USPS, ARC (international)

  2. Where can I find my tracking number?
    You will receive an email once your package has left our warehouse. The subject line will say that your shipment is on its way. Inside this email is a big blue button that says “View your order”.  Clicking on that button will bring you to a receipt page that includes your tracking number.

    It usually takes at least 3-5 business days after the package leaves our warehouse for the tracking information to update on the system.

    If it has been more than 6 business days since you received the email telling you your shipment is being delivered and there is still no information on your tracking number, please email [email protected] from the email address you used to place your order and include your order and tracking numbers. 

 

Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a full 30-day, 100% satisfaction guarantee. 

If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, please contact us first at [email protected] to let us know what the problem is and then we will either refund your money or we will send you, at our cost, a replacement product of equal value.

All returns must be sent to us within 30 days of the shipment being delivered to you. We only accept items in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged - and in its original condition and packaging.
