CUSTOM DESIGNED MERCHANDISE
Please allow 7-15 days for delivery inside the United States and 10-21 days internationally. We ship using USPS First Class and Priority Mail. Once your custom order has been printed and has left our fulfillment center, you will receive a tracking number (usually around the 5th day after ordering). Once you receive your tracking number, you can use Track Order from our site to track your package.
For products that we don’t custom design in-house, we work directly with our overseas suppliers to offer you the best possible prices. Because the orders are shipped from overseas, however, they typically take longer than our custom designed merchandise to show up at your door. In most cases, you should receive your order between 2-3 weeks; however, for certain countries it could take up to 5 weeks to get your product. There is a tracking # provided so that you can track exactly where your order is after it leaves our warehouse.
YOU PAY SHIPPING ONLY
Once in a while we have Free + Shipping offers where we give away certain products and all you pay is the cost of shipping the product to your house. Since we offer these products free of charge, the shipping times can take between 3-6 weeks.
Clocks from our store do not ship out assembled. We do this to prevent damages during the shipping process.
Custom Designed / Printed Swag
Because each order is custom designed and printed on demand, we therefore cannot accept returns unless there is a defect with the product.
In the rare event that an order is shipped with a defect, we will offer a replacement if the defect is reported within 30 days. Kindly send pictures and order information to hello[at]barsandbartending.com
Since we do not accept returns or replacements for custom, print on demand merchandise, please pay special attention to the sizing chart on the page and order your size carefully!
If the worst has happened and you'd like to do a return, please send us an email at email@example.com. If there is a defect and you don’t want a replacement, a refund will be provided.Other Merchandise i.e. Costumes, Bartending Tools, Bar / Wine / Drink Accessories etc
If your product is in any way defective, we will offer a replacement free of charge. Simply take a picture of the defective product (must be unused / unworn with original packaging) and send it along with your order details to hello[at]barsandbartending.com and we’ll get you sorted.Free + Shipping Offers
